The forests and the lakes around us are our air con. In fact, I do not know anyone from our neighbours that would own an air con.
Besides, our villas have thick insulation for cold winters so they do not overheat in the summer months.

The lake next to us is an “overflow” lake and its level changes every day by +- 2 m. That makes it impossible for the mosquitos to breed. We have not used a repellent for the 14 years living here. We do have however the mosquito nets on the windows to prevent the flies disturb you. 

Yes. We drink it. 

Check in is from 15:00 till 20:00. Check in after 20:00 with fee €20.

Check out from 8:00 till 10:00.

Most of our summer guests stay +-10 nights. Even a two week stay is too short for all the attractions in our region. Remember that the High Tatras, Slovak Paradise, Diery, Orava castle and many other are within 1 hour drive distance so there is not need to split your vacation into more accommodations.
